RMS Cloud's UI is slow and unintuitive, lacking basic functionalities like no guest portal, no ability for owners to book owner stays, no ability to override rates, and no point of sale currently (existing process is going through EFTPOS machine and reconciling in Xero which is prone to error and time consuming).
