Straight-forward pricing
Hostaway offers month-to-month contracts - we work hard every month to earn your business. We have a more affordable flat-fee per listing where all core PMS features are included - no hidden fees.
Guesty locks you into an annual contract with a complex fixed/% hybrid pricing model (with some features costing extra, including Google Vacation Rental & Marriott integrations), and then continue to charge additional "hidden" fees on top, like a cancellation fee. They also have a history of rounding up to the nearest dollar, and increasing their commission percentage to as much as 5%.
